Kommerzielle Nutzungsbewilligung

Wenn Sie bei mir Fotos für Ihr Unternehmen erwerben erhalten Sie eine kommerzielle Nutzungsbewilligung nach den jeweils gewählten Tarif. Was eine kommerzielle Nutzungsbewilligung bedeutet können Sie in meinem FAQs nachlesen. 

Auflage: Die bei der Honorarkalkulation zugrunde gelegte Auflage bezieht sich auf die gedruckte Auflage.

Auflage höher als angeführt: Eine höhere Auflage kann gesondert angefragt und angeboten werden.

Bildnachweis: Der Bildquellennachweis - Urhebervermerk nach § 74 UrhG Schutzrecht - wird grundsätzlich am jeweiligen Bild verlangt.

Rechte Dritter: Nutzung von Bildern welche die Persönlichkeits-, Kunsturheber-, Marken oder andere Folgerechte betreffen, müssen gesondert eingeholt werden. (Dieser Passus betrifft zum Beispiel Personenaufnahmen in der Werbung.)

Honorare, Kosten: Die angegebenen Honorare beziehen sich auf das einmalige Nutzungsrecht innerhalb des definierten Nutzungsumfangs und ausschließlich für den Auftraggeber/Käufer selbst. Weitere Nutzungen sind zusätzlich zu honorieren nach vorangegangener Absprache mit dem Urheber. Die Honorarangaben sind in Euro, netto ohne Mehrwertsteuer, immer bezogen auf ein einzelnes Bild. Servicekosten sind nicht Bestandteil der Nutzungshonorare und können gesondert angefragt werden.

Unterlassener Bildquellennachweis: 100% Zuschlag je Lichtbild.

Vertragsstrafe bei nicht genehmigter Nutzung: Das siebenfache Honorar je Lichtbild.
